Building Permits
The Town of Wyoming has adopted Waupaca County zoning ordinances. All structures need to have a Land Use Permit from the county before they may be erected, pulled in, hauled in, added on to, or placed on any land in the Town of Wyoming. Contact Waupaca County Zoning to apply for a Land Use Permit. Zoning officials will instruct you on Building Permit requirements at the time of application for the Land Use Permit. Proceeding to violate the above, will result in fines which are double the amount of the actual permits.
County Sanitary permits are required for Recreational Vehicles placed on property in excess of 30 days, which are used for human habitation. These situations also require a Land Use Permit from Waupaca County, and may require a Conditional Use permit.
WAUPACA COUNTY ISSUES ZONING PERMITS AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS. BUILDINGS MUST HAVE A LAND USE PERMIT ISSUED BY THE COUNTY, PRIOR TO STARTING CONSTRUCTION.
